Accessibility Statement
LAST UPDATED SEPTEMBER 2026
Launch Texas LLC is committed to ensuring that launchtexas.com (the “Site”) is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for all visitors and to apply relevant accessibility standards.
1. Conformance goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks and labelled navigation.
- Full keyboard operability, with visible focus indicators.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative media is hidden from assistive technology.
- Labelled form fields with clear, programmatically associated error messages.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and reflow on small screens.
3. Known limitations
Some content is provided by third parties, such as the embedded Google Map, and may not fully meet our accessibility goals. Our address is always provided as text alongside the map. Background videos are decorative, silent and convey no essential information.
4. Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us at info@launchtexas.com with the subject line “Accessibility.” Please describe the page and the problem you experienced. We aim to acknowledge feedback within five business days and to propose a solution within ten business days.
For questions about physical access to our campus at 2100 North Greenville Ave., Richardson, Texas 75082, contact us before your visit and we will be glad to help.
5. Ongoing review
We review the Site for accessibility as it changes and will update this statement to reflect our progress.
